This study aims to enhance fine motor skills in early childhood through weaving activities conducted with Group A at TK Daya Wanita, Darmaraja District, Sumedang Regency, during the 2025/2026 academic year. The main issue addressed in this study is the children’s lack of ability to coordinate eye-hand movements, control finger movements, and express creativity. To achieve this goal, the study adopts a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach using the spiral model developed by Kemmis and McTaggart, which includes the stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The study involved 16 children aged 4 to 5 years as research subjects. Data collection techniques included observation, documentation, and field notes, with the main instrument being an observation sheet designed to assess the children's fine motor development. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics to calculate the percentage of children categorized as Developing as Expected (BSH) and Developing Very Well (BSB). The results showed a significant improvement in the children’s fine motor skills: at the pre-action stage, only 10.94% of the children were categorized as BSH and BSB; in the first cycle, this increased to 56.25%; and in the second cycle, it reached 85.94%. These findings suggest that weaving activities, as a structured intervention, can effectively stimulate children’s fine motor skills in an enjoyable manner, in line with their developmental stages
