Analisis Kemampuan Guru dalam Merancang Program Pembelajaran Efektif Sesuai Kebutuhan Anak

This study aims to analyze teachers’ ability to design effective learning programs according to the needs of children at TK Humairoh 4 Pekanbaru. A qualitative approach with a case study method was employed to explore the phenomenon in depth. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and validated using triangulation techniques to ensure accuracy and credibility. The findings reveal that teachers have made efforts to implement differentiated learning by adjusting activities, providing varied learning options, and using methods such as play, storytelling, and experimentation to make learning more engaging and aligned with each child’s characteristics. However, the implementation of differentiated learning has not yet been fully optimized, as teachers still face difficulties in integrating observation results on children’s developmental levels into daily learning plans. Limited time and resources also hinder reflection and post-learning evaluation. The study recommends strengthening teachers’ competencies in analyzing child development data, planning learning based on individual needs, and managing time for reflection. Such improvements are expected to enhance the effectiveness of differentiated learning implementation so that the learning process becomes more adaptive, meaningful, and enjoyable for children
