Pengaruh Pola Asuh Orang Tua Bekerja Terhadap Perkembangan Holistik Anak Usia Dini

This study aims to analyze the influence of parenting styles among working parents both part-time and full-time on the holistic development of early childhood aged 5–6 years at RAM NU 86 Miftahul Ulum. Holistic development encompasses spiritual and moral values, physical-motor, cognitive, language, social-emotional, and artistic aspects that must be stimulated integratively. This quantitative comparative study involved 33 children whose parents work in various employment patterns. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and questionnaires, and analyzed using descriptive statistics, validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, and independent sample t-tests. The findings indicate significant differences in holistic development between children raised by part-time and full-time working parents. Children whose parents work part-time tend to achieve higher developmental outcomes compared to those whose parents work full-time. The results highlight that the amount and quality of parental involvement strongly influence children’s holistic growth. The study recommends strengthening parental support programs and institutional collaboration to help working parents optimize their children's development despite limited time
