Peran Administrasi Kesiswaan dalam Meningkatkan Layanan Sekolah: Tinjauan Kepustakaan Sistematis

This study aims to describe the implementation of student administration in schools as an integral component of educational management. Using a qualitative research method with a library research approach, this study analyzes various relevant books, articles, and academic journals to obtain a comprehensive understanding of student planning, new student admissions, data management, student rights and obligations, attendance recording, discipline development, student transfers, grade promotion, graduation, and alumni involvement. The findings indicate that student administration encompasses a series of structured activities from student admission to post-graduation, all of which aim to support effective and conducive learning processes while optimizing student potential. Systematic and continuous student administration is shown to contribute to achieving educational goals by improving service quality, maintaining school order, and fulfilling student needs
